I have a registered Patent for Multilevel Mechanical parking for Two wheelers. I can park 108 two wheelers in a land area of 12’x15’. Everything is computer controlled. A company has bagged a huge order with my Technology in Maldives (paper clipping attached). Despite my best and continued efforts, there is no taker in India for this product. That is the reason I had to start there first. This can solve many parking problems in several Indian and other global cities . If implemented, this will solve lot of our parking problems..

about six thousand Electric transformers in Bangalore city are placed on the Ground and provided with Chain link fencing. They are occupying about Rs.4,000Cr worth land and are causing hindrance to vehicles and pedestrians. My Patented technology lifts these transformers above the ground and places them on a 200mm dia M.S pipe, thus retrieving several Crores of Rupees worth land in land starved city.

This house has two rooms which are without foundation. These rooms are hanging from the roof without any contact with the Ground. If one goes into this room and presses a button, the roof of this room will fly out and with the press of another button, the cot in the room will go to roof level. Several foreigners come to visit this house.
